I think Clinton’s demise will be a benefit for all as to the level of political discourse. While neither is my top pick, I think a McCain-Obama election will at least be more civil. I find it interesting that Clintons coined “the politics of personal destruction.” The problem is they cannot find anything to stick on Obama. Lets just hope he and McCain both pick VP candidates who will agree to a civil discourse as well.

Good point, the Cheney/Edwards exchanges last election were some of the most contentious.
